Our Dufour 375 situated in Queens Anne’s Battery in the heart of Plymouth, means our West Country base is ideally located to make the most of the superb cruising grounds of the Devon and Cornish coasts. The beauty of the rivers Fal and Fowey are great options if heading West, whilst the wonderful towns of Salcombe and Dartmouth are an easy day sail to the East, offering access to the beautiful Kingsbridge Estuary and River Dart.

The marina offers excellent facilities including cafés, bars, restaurants, ample support facilities and the Royal Western Yacht Club, which welcomes not just members but all visiting yachtsmen.

Salcombe

With its beautiful harbor and stunning sea views, visiting Salcombe at any time of the year is a joy. Sitting on the banks of the Salcombe Estuary, it is one of the prettiest towns in South Devon, with a superb natural harbour and deep water swinging moorings and pontoons. The local beaches are nothing short of outstanding, with golden sand and turquoise sea.

Newton Ferrers

Newton Ferrers is a slice of tranquility, surrounded by ancient woodland and creeks. The village of Newton Ferrers sits on the banks of the beautiful Yealm estuary and offers good mooring facilities for visiting yachts, whilst a local boatman offers a handy water taxi service throughout the Spring and Summer. It’s a hidden gem packed with wildlife and has a relaxed, serene atmosphere.
